Introductory post

I'm not much of a poster, I'm mostly a lurker. I'm 30 something years old.

My passion seems to be programming. I do it as my day job and it's a hobby as well.

I also enjoy board games. My current favourite is Spirit Island.

I'm a subscriber to the effective altruism notion and have a regular donation to effective charities.

I likely have autism and if I come off as standoffish (or the opposite, obnoxiously humorous), it's because I lack the necessary social skills to find the middle path.
